1. Scope of This Policy

Sprint Rail Partners LLC (“Sprint Rail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in connection with sprintrail.com (the “Site”).

It does not apply to information we collect offline, to information collected by our customers or vendors on their own websites, or to employment records maintained outside the Site.

• Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and employer or company name.

• Communication content: the substance of messages, inquiries, and requests you submit.

• Applicant information: if you apply for a driver or staff position, your application is submitted to and processed by Tenstreet, LLC, a third-party applicant tracking system, and we receive employment history, licensing and CDL information, and other details required to evaluate your application.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by us and by our service providers:

• Internet and network activity: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen and language settings, referring and exit URLs, pages viewed, and date and time of access.

• Diagnostic and error data: technical logs and error reports generated when a page fails to load or render correctly.

• Approximate geographic location inferred from IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation from your device.

We do not use session replay, keystroke logging, or screen recording technologies on the Site. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under California law or similar laws in other states.

These parties are permitted to process personal information only to perform services for us. We may change service providers from time to time without notice to Site visitors.

• Error monitoring and diagnostic services engaged by our website platform, including Sentry, which receive technical and error data generated when pages load.

• Affiliated companies within the Sprint Family of Companies, where necessary to respond to your request.

• Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and regulators.

• Law enforcement or other parties where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Our consent banner nonetheless provides a mechanism to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and we honor such requests, together with Global Privacy Control signals, regardless of whether any sale or sharing occurs.

7. Retention

We retain each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or longer where required by law. In determining retention periods, we consider the following criteria:

• Technical and diagnostic logs — retained according to the default retention periods of the platforms and service providers that generate them.

We do not retain personal information for longer than is reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose for which it was collected.

 

8. Your Privacy Rights

8.1 California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

9. Third-Party Sites and Services

​

The Site links to third-party services, including our online employment application, which is hosted by Tenstreet, LLC. Once you leave the Site, the privacy practices of that third party govern. We encourage you to review their privacy notice before submitting information.
